While some of our Perfect Pitch performer-entrepreneurs perform less frequently, others have continued to perform actively as they are building their company.
Michael Cain, co-founder of Ekwe, who was featured in our 76th Perfect Pitch Profile, shared his latest performance highlights alongside recent entrepreneurial successes:
"The past year has been busy as a performing musician and Ekwe Cofounder.
Highlights include collaborating with the Boston Ballet on The Space Between, composing electronic soundscapes with Mischa Santora and Ken Ossola, and performing with my trio at the Capão Jazz Festival in Brazil in September 2024.
Ekwe continues to thrive through key partnerships. We’ve collaborated with the ALS Association for music engagement sessions and hosted in-home concerts featuring our core library musicians. Our expanded partnership with Berklee College and the Grammy Museum Foundation includes integrating Ekwe into schools across North America and co-presenting at the 2025 NAMM Show.'"
